so recently I have taken a liking to some Canadian artists.

new Artists: Owl city and Everfound.

so Its been about two weeks since I last posted and I'm sorry about that, but who even reads this blog anyway. well I just wanted to tell you about some new artists I've discovered.
the first is Owl City I'm sure you've heard his single "Fireflies" on the radio but I just love his whole album "Ocean eyes" which you should totally check out.

also I've found another band I like, Everfound! you can check out their website here.
they just released their first studio album "colorful alibis and scandalous smiles" which you should also check out. their all brothers and their very good looking.

Kevin Jonas is engaged.

I'm so happy for him! here's a note from his mom and dad.

Our hearts are filled with joy today and we are happy to share with you that our son Kevin has asked Danielle Deleasa for her hand in marriage. Her answer was yes and it is such a blessing that she will be joining our family. Kevin and Danielle have not yet set a date. Family is very dear to us and we hope we have raised Kevin to be a wonderful man and husband. Please join us in our families celebration and in congratulating Kevin and Danielle. American Idol. one of my favorite TV shows!

this season has to be one of the best, so much talent!
and the top 2 are two of my favorite's I'm so happy!
i really hope Kris Allen win's,

i mean like he's the
underdog and i really think he deserves this.
so.......GO! KRIS! WOO!

awesome ravioli!

this is a meal that will feed at least 10 people.
that's about how big my family is.
note: its a lot easier to make ravioli if you have a noodle machine.

ingredients for noodle dough:
6 eggs
6 cups flour
1 tsp salt
a few tsp water (if needed)

Filling:
1 onion
2 lbs ground beef
salt and pepper to taste
22oz cottage cheese
10-12 leaves fresh basil
tsp dried oregano

Sauce:
2 cans hunts garlic&herb sauce
about 1 cup tomato juice
salt
oregano
Italian basil
fresh or can mushroom's

directions for noodle dough:
whisk eggs together add salt then add flour 1 cup at a time.
if dough is a bit dry add a little water.
dump dough on a flat surface and kneed for about 10 minuets.
then roll dough into a ball and wrap with plastic wrap.
set dough aside for about 30 minuets while you make the filling.

directions for filling:
cut up the onion put in a pan and fry it in some olive oil on medium heat.
once the onion is well cooked add the beef and cook that well.
season with salt and pepper.
once the meat is cooked add the cottage cheese and stir on low until it has melted.
chop basil finely and stir in then add oregano.
then shut off heat and put it by your noodle making station.

directions for sauce:
just put all the ingredients in a large sauce pan and cook on low heat until the noodles have finished cooking.

putting it all together:
first fill a big noodle pot with water on the stove and put on high to boil.
get out your noodle machine and flour it nicely(if you don't have a noodle machine then use a rolling pin and flour that too.)
roll your dough into thin rectangles with your noodle machine or rolling pin.
then spoon filling on one rectangle leaving space between each spoonful then put another rectangle of dough over the one with filling on it press down hard to get all the air out.
then cut with a ravioli cutter or just a regular knife.
when you have used all your dough put all the ravioli in the boiling water for about 5-7 minuets.
when there done scoop them out and into the sauce then cook for 5 minuet more.
then take them off the stove and serve with lettuce salad or coleslaw.
and enjoy!

ok i absolutely LOVE MUSIC!!! (can't live without it).
well my favorite band The Jonas Brothers will soon be releasing their 4th studio album June 16th.
i can't wait!
their new album is called "lines, vines, and trying times''.
if you don't know much about them you should learn more, because their really nice guys.
also their tv show JONAS is premiering Saturday may 2 on Disney channel (so tune in! PLEASE!).
their world tour is starting may 8th so if your a BIG fan you can buy tickets now(but hurry their selling out).

i love the Jonas Brothers, and i wish them the best.
